Good to know
We install smart devices and handle the wiring. Professionally monitored alarm systems may need a separately licensed security contractor, and we will tell you if a request needs one. We do not repair HVAC equipment, but we can confirm a thermostat is compatible with your system before we install it.

Will a smart thermostat work with my heating and cooling?
Most do, but it depends on your system and wiring. We check compatibility first, including whether you need a C-wire.
Can you install devices I already bought?
Yes. We can also recommend devices if you want advice.
Do you monitor home security?
We install smart security devices such as cameras, video doorbells and sensors. Professional alarm monitoring and licensed alarm systems are provided by licensed security companies.
What does a smart sprinkler controller need?
Usually power, Wi-Fi coverage and the existing valve wiring. We check all three.
What if my Wi-Fi is weak where the device goes?
We can suggest a solution, such as an access point or a device with a stronger antenna.
