FAQ
Design & Constructability Review questions
Is this the same as a plan check by the building department?
No. Plan review by the authority having jurisdiction is separate. Ours is an owner-side review to find problems before permit and construction.
When should we do this?
Before bidding, or before construction documents are final, is when it saves the most.
Do you review mechanical and plumbing drawings?
Our strength is electrical. We review the electrical side and the interfaces with other trades, such as power to mechanical equipment.
