Services / Third-Party QA/QC
An independent set of eyes, before it becomes a change order.

What you receive
Findings you can act on
Every inspection produces a written log. Each finding has a location, a photo, the reference it violates, a severity and a corrective action, so the responsible trade knows exactly what to fix.
- Deficiency log with photos and locations
- Severity ranking so you fix what matters first
- Tracking until each item is closed and verified
- Closeout summary for owners and lenders

How we keep it honest
When we provide third-party QA/QC, we inspect work we did not install. On projects where we are also the installing contractor, we will say so up front and agree the reporting arrangement with you in writing.
FAQ
QA/QC questions
When should we bring you in?
Earlier is cheaper. Pre-construction review and rough-in inspections catch issues before they are buried in walls. We also step in late, for failed inspections or turnover disputes.
Do you replace the code inspector?
No. We do not replace the authority having jurisdiction. We help the work be ready for their inspection and hold the contractor to the contract documents.
Can you inspect other trades?
Our core is electrical. For other MEP disciplines, tell us the scope and we will confirm what we can cover.
Need an independent inspection?
Send us the project scope and schedule.
