EV charging infrastructure
Chargers that work on day one, on the power you actually have.
Most EV projects go wrong at the electrical service, not the charger. We start with the load calculation, then design, permit, install and commission.
Who we build for
Four kinds of EV sites
Residential
Level 2 chargers, dedicated circuits, and panel upgrades when the house needs more capacity.
Home chargers →Workplace & retail
Chargers for employees, customers and guests, with networking and access control.
Multifamily
Shared charging across many parking spaces, sized so the building's service is not overloaded.
Fleet & depot
High-capacity AC and DC fast charging, with power planning around your duty cycle.

EV load planner
Can your service handle the chargers?
A quick first-pass estimate. It is not a substitute for a site assessment and stamped load calculation.
Enter your details and press Estimate.
Estimate assumes chargers run continuously (125% sizing), 0.95 power factor for DC units, and leaves no headroom for future loads. Real projects depend on existing load data, panel space, utility rules and local code.
What we handle
From first walkthrough to energized chargers
- AssessWalk the site, review one-lines and utility data, and run the load calculation.
- DesignPick charger types and quantity, plan load management, and size panels and feeders.
- PermitPermit drawings, utility coordination and incentive paperwork.
- InstallTrenching, conduit, feeders, pedestals and chargers, installed to code.
- CommissionTest each charger, set up networking and payment, and train your staff.
- SupportMaintenance and troubleshooting after handover.
Why load management matters
Chargers rarely all run at full power at once. Smart load management shares the available capacity between vehicles, so you can often install more chargers on an existing service and avoid a costly upgrade.
Whether it works for your site depends on parking patterns, dwell time and charger hardware. We model it before we recommend it.
FAQ
EV charging questions
Do I need a panel or service upgrade?
Not always. It depends on your existing load and how many chargers you want. The planner above gives a first look. We confirm with an on-site assessment before recommending anything.
Which chargers do you install?
Level 2 and DC fast chargers from the major manufacturers, networked or standalone. We help you pick hardware that fits your site and your operations.
Do you handle permits and the utility?
Yes. Permit drawings, inspections and utility coordination are part of our scope.
Are there rebates available?
Incentives vary by state, utility and year. We can point you to programs that may apply, but we cannot guarantee eligibility.
