FAQ
Field Oversight questions
How is this different from QA/QC?
Field oversight is the owner-side view across the MEP trades. Third-party QA/QC is a formal inspection program, mainly on electrical work, with test witnessing and deficiency logs.
How often do you visit?
As often as the project needs. Common schedules are at each major milestone, or weekly during critical phases.
Do you write reports for lenders?
Yes. We can tailor the summary to what your lender or owner's representative requires.
